An invoice and receipt of payment will be issued along with payment details.

Submission

This is an informal approach, and I ask that you email a brief, concise description of how you propose to use the space, along with 2-3 images and any relevant links. A face-to-face meeting in the space would also be recommended to discuss ideas and logistics, so please get in touch to arrange a meeting.

Information

The front space of branch3d offers a unique opportunity to showcase your work to a passing audience. The space has operated as a bricks and mortar retail space focussing on vintage items for the garden and ceramics for the last eight years. I also operated the business successfully through the various recent lockdowns. I have now decided to evolve back to branch3d's original starting point as a window gallery, and pop-up space as the main focus, while still operating the vintage side of the business in the background through the website, Instagram, etsy and garage sales.

The previous window space, also in Forest Lodge, offered a white wooden cabinet in an old shop window… now the space is the entire front of a shop, accessible through a sliding front door, the possibilities have become more exciting!

Situated on a busy road and intersection, and located at the end of a row of occupied shops and cafes, and not far from Glebe, the space is ideally located to attract attention.

People have enjoyed visiting the space over the years… and I have enjoyed curating the space to make the experience of the visitor memorable and enjoyable. For further insight to my past experience please visit the ‘About’ section of the website.

Sales

Any sales would need to be dealt with exclusively between you and the visitor either in cash or direct deposit.

Access

Keys will not be provided, so access will need to be arranged with Sarah;

As the space will operate mainly as a ‘window gallery’ no 'opening' will be permitted as we do not have the facilities to cater for this sort of event, there are several pubs nearby that could be used as an alternative;

You and only you will have access to our bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Housekeeping

Based on discussions with Sarah, alterations and additions to the space can be explored. Keeping in mind that the space will need to be returned ‘as found’.

No smoking is permitted on the premises, inside or out. If you smoke on the pavement outside on the foot-path please keep four metres from any residence or shopfront and dispose of your butts in our bin.

We have two small residential bins that can be used for rubbish, any excess waste will need to be taken with you.

Parking

Clearway on our side of Ross Street M-F 2-6.30pm

No parking on Bridge Road.

There is a parking space at the rear of the property that could be used for install and de-install purposes only.
